AMC
These are contracted services commonly known as Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). AMCs cost a fixed amount towards services for the whole year. We provide AMCs with or without resident engineer depending upon the service. Provision for Facilities Management Services with built in Service Level Agreements adaptable to the needs of the clients is available.
